Why Engage David’s Services On Your Wedding Day?
I’m sure you have been to a wedding, as a guest and stood around thinking “When’s the food?’ The reality is, that during your day’s events there will be a lot of ‘downtime’ for your guests. This could be, in the time immediately after the ceremony, whilst the photographs are being taken or in between the courses during the meal. This can be an uncomfortable time as many of your guests will also be meeting for the first time. Instead, David provides sophisticated entertainment involving the guests in memorable and fun performance pieces.
It is this elite level of performance that David featured on Britain’s Got Talent and won him the ‘British Magical Championships’ and The Magic Circle’s ‘Close-Up Magician of the Year’. David’s magic has been seen in the UK on five major TV series including ‘BGT’ on ITV, ‘FREAKY’ on Channel 4, and ‘The Sorcerer’s Apprentice’ on the BBC. As a wedding magician David has performed in some of Europe's premier wedding venues including Dunchurch Park, The Saxon Mill, Hoar Cross Hall, Danesfield House, and Hogarths.

Wedding Magician - David Penn suggests the following entertainment options:
Option 1: The Wedding Breakfast
David moves from table to table during the course of your wedding breakfast performing amazing magic so close that, if you weren't watching live, you would think it was a camera trick!
David’s unique style of magic will quickly captivate and totally astound your guests and, amongst other amazing effects, spectators' watches appear on David's own wrist, bottles of Champagne appear and pass through the table and goldfish materialise out of thin air!
David’s performance will certainly add to the atmosphere during your wedding breakfast as your guests are entertained and amazed by his elite style of national award-winning entertainment.
This booking lasts the full duration of the meal until any speeches or after dinner entertainment begins. This is normally a two-hour engagement.
Option 2: Reception, during photographs and The Wedding Breakfast.
While the couple and main wedding party is busy having photographs taken, many of your other guests are left waiting. This is an ideal time to start entertaining them with mix and mingle style magic. The entertainment begins a little after your guests arrive from the service.
As they gather, David entertains each group for a short while with amazing magic designed to break the ice and put guests at ease. He then continues to entertain everyone throughout the meal as above. This is normally a 3 hour booking.
Option 3 - The Reception, The Wedding Breakfast & The Big Finale
If you really want to spoil your guests......After performing during the reception and the wedding breakfast David performs an incredible Big Finale prior to the speeches. This culminates in a large scale illusion using one of your guests (usually the best man). This is incredible, as it is hilarious. It is a fantastic photo opportunity and really puts everybody into the right frame of mind so that your speeches are relaxed and a great success. This booking lasts just over 3 hours
